The update

Just figured out how to reclaim my DC blog from last summer. Yup, 1am, and this is what I am doing on a Saturday night. I know, I am that cool. Anyway, if you want to relive my time in DC, you can check it out here:

I just relived it, and trust me, it was exciting.

In other news, a big congrats to Cindy and Andy, the newly engaged couple from NP! Cindy and I used to say we single girls would show the rest of em' how to have a good time. I guess it is up to me now, thanks a lot Cindy...this might be difficult, considering I am generally in bed by 9:30 and have little to now social life. I will work on it, I owe it to the married girls.

I bought new jeans today, it is about time I found some that fit properly, now if I could just find some weather to wear them in, without sweating right through them...maybe in San Francisco. I also bought some new shoes off the sale rack in Macy's. That sale rack, it gets me every time. I can just stand in front of it ad scan for my size. And bad news, they put a Payless in as the first store right next to the Macy's shoe area. Really, it is now inevitable for me to come home with shoes everytime I got to the mall.

I finished draft 3 of my thesis. It is off to the advisor tomorrow, so he can not read it and not edit by next Saturday. Don't worry, I am realistic. I don't really know what I am going to do tomorrow with all this free time, but I think I might have to clean. Maybe I should just keep editing the thesis...

Anyway, that is all for now. Oh, I signed up to keep working until December. I might be ringing in the new year Houston style (not sure what that means, but it does mean I have two less time zones to take shots for...)
