Since I was 8 years old, I have had the best group of girl friends in the world. It all started on the streets of our neighborhood, probably riding bikes, with fruit rollup snacks and lots of sleepovers. As we went through school, the group expanded and changed, but there was always the core group who knew each other backwards and forwards. Each year, several of us still get together somewhere in the country for a weekend of catching up and relaxing. I love these girls! They know me better than anyone else, and I am so lucky to have them in my life.
Well, this week, two of them welcomed new little girls into the group, and there is not doubt in my mind that little Naia Rose and Sofia Mercedes will also be the best of friends:
Yea, I love them both already, and can't wait to meet them. Congrats Cara and Cindy (and Xabi and Andy), you make beautiful children, and I can't stop smiling!!
